Best Price SMSF Admin provides fixed pricing for all our funds. This allows you to know the costs upfront and all your annual administration obligations are met with no hidden costs.
Our Standard fee for a fund is $999 per annum (excluding GST). The fee includes:

• Preparation of the annual financial statements for the SMSF
• Independent audit of the financial statements.
• Preparation and lodgement of the annual income tax return;
• Preparation of annual trustee resolutions
• Assistance in drafting Investment strategy
• Preparation of pension commencement documents (excluding pension agreement)
• Trustees’ documents for Lump sum withdrawals
• Lodgement of quarterly / annual Business Activity Statements

There is no any restrictions on the number of transactions / investments you hold or the structure of the fund. All funds are processed at our fixed annual fee.

Once we receive all required documents to start accounting for the fund, we will process the fund within 10 working days.

All funds are audited by ASIC approved independent auditors to ensure compliance with all SIS Act regulations.

We are based in NSW and do not send work overseas for completion.
