Our Fees

Best Price SMSF Admin provides fixed pricing for all our funds. This allows you to know the costs upfront and all your annual administration obligations are met with no hidden costs.
Our Standard fee for a fund is $999 per annum (excluding GST).
The fee includes:

Preparation of the annual financial statements for the SMSF.
Independent audit of the financial statements.
Preparation and lodgement of the annual income tax return.
Preparation of annual trustee resolutions  Assistance in drafting Investment strategy.
Preparation of pension commencement documents (excluding pension agreement).
Trustees’ documents for Lump sum withdrawals.
Lodgement of quarterly / annual Business Activity Statements.

No restriction on the number of transactions or investments

There is no any restrictions on the number of transactions / investments you hold or the structure of the fund. All funds are processed at our fixed annual fee.

Quick Turnaround Time

Once we receive all required documents to start accounting for the fund, we will process the fund within 5 working days and submit for the audit.

Independent Auditor

All funds are audited by ASIC approved independent auditors to ensure compliance with all SIS Act regulations.

No outsourced services

We are based in NSW and do not send work overseas for completion.

What documents I need when transferring my SMSF?

Some of the common documents we need are –

Signed trust deed with signed member & trustee declaration.
Last lodged tax return, audit report & financial statements.
Current year bank statement, share portfolio and share trading statement.
If property investor, annual property statement from real estate agent
